Hello! My name is Helen Kraak, and I am a general practitioner from the Netherlands. In 2022 I moved to Spain with my family, where we live at the beautiful Maresme coast.

I know from personal experience that moving to a new country can be both exciting and overwhelming, especially when it comes to finding the right healthcare. That’s why I offer care in English, Dutch, and Spanish with a personal touch to help you feel at ease.

I take a holistic approach to healthcare and tailor my treatments to the individual needs of each patient. Whether you are suffering from an illness or just need a check-up, I am here to help.

 

I treat both children and adults and have affinity with the elderly as well. Besides offering general medical care, I am also trained in performing minor surgery, local corticosteroid injections, IUD insertion and Pap smears.
